MERIT was engaged by Community Services Group, a provider of mental health, intellectual and developmental disability services, to assist with PR, website development, and recruitment campaigns. The team at MERIT reviewed the company's brand and rebranded, including a review of their website, competitor websites, and logos. They were also involved in the development of blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos. In addition, MERIT helped improve the company's job descriptions and facilitated walk-in hiring events. The engagement, which began in January 2007, resulted in a refreshed brand and improved recruitment strategies. The company invested close to $200,000 in this partnership.

In another project, MERIT worked with a community foundation to provide digital marketing and web design services. This included a year-long brand awareness campaign across multiple marketing channels such as social media, billboards, radio spots, and emails. MERIT also coordinated the creation of digital assets like videos, audios, and commercials and took care of press releases. They redesigned the organization's website, giving it a fresh new look.
