In another project, Mentor Digital was tasked with front-end web design, UX, and SEO for Ocean Property Services Group, a residential sales and letting agency. The company's Marketing Director hired Mentor Digital after a tender process and based on their reputation. The project involved determining group and individual company goals, reviewing customer profiles and journeys, and confirming brand values and standards. Mentor Digital also set UX, conversion, and SEO goals and action plans. The entire team at Mentor Digital, including the Client Development Director, Creative Director, and Projects Director, was involved in the project.

The executive of the organization had been working with Mentor Digital for many years on various website development and UI/UX design projects. The organization has invested approximately $31,000 USD on the website and continues to work with Mentor Digital.
