Meghware Solutions LLP

At Emitec Technologies Gmb, the assistant Manager of production had a predicament of double-stamping in the manufacturing of automotive parts. They needed a machine vision system sensitive enough to identify double-stamped engravings on reflective metallic surfaces, ensuring no defective part reached the customer. The solution also had to flow seamlessly within their fast-paced production environment, performing equally well at all times. Meghware Solutions LLP was hired to develop an automated, vision-based quality inspection system for addressing these concerns.

Meghware Solutions LLP provided a comprehensive solution. The core of the operation was the Defect Detection Algorithm, an image processing pipeline that successfully identified double-stamped engravings. Despite the challenges of handling reflective surfaces and variable lighting, the algorithm was custom-built by the Meghware team. Also developed were the Inspection Decision Engine and the Operator Dashboard, custom-tailored for the component geometry of Emitec and the unique workflow of Emitec's team, respectively. A Line Integration Module was written exclusively for the production line controls, aiding in the seamless identification and rejection of defective components.

The engagement took place from January to April 2026, with Emitec choosing Meghware due to their geographical proximity, competitive pricing, and alignment of company values. The team size varied from 2 to 5 throughout the project. Meghware displayed strong commitment via their involvement in crafting intricate and personalized solutions. Not only did they detect errors in production overlooked by human eye, but they also optimized the production workflow significantly, solidifying a successful professional partnership.
