The team conducted yearly on-site audits of systems, security, and processes to ensure adherence to PCI requirements and best security practices. They also performed internal and external penetration testing to verify the strength and capabilities of the client's software. A team of three professionals worked on the project, ensuring accurate documentation and understanding of the client's processes. The collaboration began in January 2015 and has been renewed through 2020. Revelex Corp invested $25,000 per year in the project.

In another project, MegaplanIT was hired by a fire protection, engineering, and consulting services firm to assist after a ransomware attack. The team implemented two antivirus programs and served as security consultants, providing advice on the best antivirus program for the client's needs. The team also helped with the migration and setting up policies on the new antivirus. The collaboration, which began in March 2019, continues with a monthly investment of around $7,000, totaling approximately $180,000 so far.
