MEF.DEV Uni LDA, also known as NATEC, successfully completed the creation of a new billing ecosystem for a telecommunications firm. The company's Chief Information Officer sought out NATEC's services to help facilitate charging for different services and billing for the firm's subscribers. The project, which spanned from March 2019 to May 2021, involved 15 members from NATEC, with three serving as the customer-facing team. The client invested $500,000 into the project, which resulted in a system with online charging capabilities and integrated third-party solutions.
In another project, NATEC was contracted by a bank to develop a telecom expense management software. The bank's telecom division manager wanted a solution that could handle data from their geographically distributed voice network, including bills from various communication service providers. NATEC was selected as the vendor based on the bank's procurement procedure and the minimal total cost ownership criteria. Four engineers from NATEC worked on the project, focusing on mediation, database storage, and web application. The project, which supported three mobile provider sources and included fixed providers, was executed in three main steps and achieved its intended goals.
