MEF.DEV was engaged by a telecommunications company to create a new billing ecosystem. The project involved facilitating charging for different services and billing to the company's subscribers. MEF.DEV also added online charging capabilities and integrated their system with the company's third-party solutions. The project team consisted of 15 people, three of whom were customer-facing. The project, which cost $500,000, began in March 2019 and concluded in May 2021.

The company was hired by a bank to develop a telecom expense management software. The goal was to implement a solution for handling source data from the bank's geographically distributed voice network, including bills information from various communication service providers. The project was divided into three main steps, starting with the initial setup covering the CISCO VoIP network, then expanding to support three mobile provider sources, and finally including fixed providers. Four engineers from MEF.DEV worked on this project.

MEF.DEV was hired by JSC Kyivstar, the largest mobile and fix connectivity provider in Ukraine, to develop a postpaid billing system for M2M SIM cards and an online charging system. The team from MEF.DEV consisted of 6-10 employees. The key deliverables included real-time charging and postpaid billing. The company was selected for the project due to their good value for cost.
