Aurnima had collaborated with Medical BabaJi to develop and implement a Clinic Management Software, aiming to digitize operations and improve patient experience. Medical BabaJi's team of 2-5 employees delivered a centralized platform responsible for managing patient registration, electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, billing, and reporting. Key results of this project included reduced paperwork, improved workflow efficiency, and a content patient base benefiting from a faster and more organized system. Aurnima particularly commended Medical BabaJi for ensuring secure data storage, providing an efficient analytics dashboard, and rendering reliable post-implementation support.

Following an online search, Aurnima selected Medical BabaJi for this complex project due to its cost-effectiveness, a great culture fit, and shared values. Prescription records and treatment management were also included in the software's core functionalities, further enhancing efficacy and convenience. The solution substantially improved operational efficiency by reducing paperwork, and elevating the patient experience by providing a comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboard for better visibility into clinic performance. The secure data storage and backup capabilities added to the software's resilience, ensuring that Aurnima's workflow remained unhindered.
