MedForward was contracted by a small-to-mid-size specialty medical practice to create an online intake form that complies with HIPPA medical regulations. The form was to have a boolean structure for digital pre-appointment, be able to verify insurance, record medical history, be easy to use, incorporate editable questionnaires, have low on-going cost, and be mobile-friendly. MedForward was selected due to their understanding of HIPPA compliance features and affordability. They are developing multiple forms for patient questionnaire intake that comply with HIPPA medical regulations and are currently working on on-going edits and additional questions. The client worked closely with their billing department, coders, and even their president.
MedForward was hired by Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery in Nashville to develop a WordPress site, with the photo gallery and page speed as the highest priorities. The plastic surgery practice had a previous website that was outdated and lacked key features. The website needed a new branding and an overhaul. MedForward's founder, Michael, served as the main point of contact, which was appreciated by the client. The initial investment was less than $10,000, but it increased with additional requests. The website was launched in February 2018 and MedForward continues to do maintenance on the site.
