MedForward was hired by a specialty medical practice to create an online intake form that complies with HIPPA medical regulations. The form was designed to have a boolean structure for digital pre-appointment, insurance verification, and record medical history. The client sought a form that was user-friendly, incorporated editable questionnaires, had a low on-going cost, and was mobile-friendly. MedForward was selected due to their knowledge of HIPPA compliance features, affordability, and excellent customer service. The company developed multiple forms for patient questionnaire intake and is currently working on on-going edits and additional questions. The client works closely with MedForward's billing department, coders, and their president.

MedForward worked with Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery, a plastic surgery practice based in Nashville, to develop a new WordPress site. The previous website was outdated and lacked key features, particularly in the photo gallery. The client wanted the before and after pictures to be a critical feature of the site. MedForward's founder, Michael, was the main point of contact and the project involved fewer than 10 team members. The initial investment was less than $10,000 but increased with additional requests. The website was launched in February 2018, and MedForward continues to do maintenance on the site. The client was impressed with the agency's accommodation, kindness, patience, and understanding of their needs.
