Highlights from Recent Projects
MAZAJ was contracted by the Silesian Voluntary Water Rescue Service to solve security and database issues. Despite the time pressures, MAZAJ successfully recovered key data, secured, and transferred it to new systems, which was vital to the Service's operations. The project was completed in six months and was praised for its structured approach and efficient communication. The team consisted of eight people who met regularly to discuss the project's progression.
For a large business equipment company, MAZAJ undertook a project to digitize and analyze sales processes to enhance operational efficiency. With tools and applications that permitted automatic data entry, employee skill usage effectiveness measurement, and forecasting and budgeting facilitation, MAZAJ significantly improved the company's process digitization. The project was met with satisfaction and was completed by a team comprised of a business intelligence analyst, two full-stack developers, and a project manager.
MAZAJ was hired by a food products company to digitally transform their end-to-end procurement process and data management. The goal was to better control costs, increase flexibility and visibility of market prices, and identify additional saving opportunities. After conducting extensive research and interviews with buyers and other experts, MAZAJ developed a cloud-based solution that met the customer's expectations. The team leading the project included IT, an external customer consultant, buyers, finance department, logistics experts, and MAZAJ.
