The Maykin worked with Standart, an independent print magazine about specialty coffee, providing professional oversight and execution of their social media campaigns. After an initial meeting, the Maykin identified priorities and established a weekly rhythm of reporting and collaboration. The team at the Maykin, consisting of an account manager and a content manager, communicated frequently with Standart, shared assets and received plenty of feedback. The selection of the Maykin was based on reviews and recommendations.

In another project, the Maykin was hired by Turris, a company that develops, produces, and sells modular network devices, to conduct market research. The Maykin was tasked with understanding the price limits for Turris' potential target audience across the US, UK, and Czechia. The Maykin designed a questionnaire for use on Pollfish, a platform for gathering responses globally, and made suggestions on the selection criteria for respondents. The final deliverable was a presentation showing how different countries and demographic groups viewed the criteria that Turris considered important. The project, which cost about $5,000, ran from April to June 2021, and Turris plans to continue working with the Maykin on a similar project. The Maykin was chosen based on a friend's recommendation and their relevant experience.
