Maxsol

Maxsol was contracted by PT. Bayer Indonesia, a chemical manufacturing company, to provide website maintenance, optimization, development, and SEO services. The project was initiated with a briefing meeting to outline expectations and KPIs. Maxsol then developed a proposal, timeline, budget, and list of required items from the client. The development stage followed, with 2-3 UAT before launch. The project was managed by two key individuals from Maxsol, one for monthly article development and one for project development. The selection of Maxsol was based on peer recommendations, validated through a pitching process.

In another project, Maxsol was hired by a telecommunications firm to develop a custom complaint management system. The firm was struggling with manual data entry and an unstable business management solution. Maxsol was selected through a referral and was chosen from among five other vendors due to their commitment to delivering results and providing customer support. They designed and developed web and mobile app-based business management solutions, starting with a discovery workshop to identify business challenges. After approval of workflows and design mock-ups, the project was completed in three weeks. The final product automated the firm's data entry and general report. The project team consisted of six individuals, including a project manager, a UI/UX designer, two frontend developers, and two backend developers.
