Between 2-5 employees from Maxima Consulting were assigned to this project. The scope of work involved sourcing and identifying candidates, screening and shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation. The collaboration resulted in regular updates and reports on the recruitment process, a pool of qualified and vetted candidates, scheduled and coordinated interviews with shortlisted candidates, assistance in finalizing job offers, and successful onboarding of FE, .NET, and Censhare Developers.
