Max | Human Experience Design was hired by a consulting firm to redesign their outdated website and resolve issues with their email services. The firm had previously worked with Max on several projects and were impressed with his technical expertise and understanding of their business. The project involved decommissioning the IT services from the old hosting provider and reinstating them at a new host. Max recommended a new website design using Wordpress, created the site, and migrated all company email accounts. After a demonstration, the firm selected a candidate design. Max loaded the new site with content provided by the firm and after testing and minor adjustments, the site was launched live online. Max served as the main point of contact, managing the entire project from gathering requirements to execution.
