Maven Wave Partners completed a project for a large parking and transportation provider that involved the installation of Google Apps across a geographically dispersed organization. The organization was considering options to upgrade their old email system and chose Google Platform after consultations with Google and Maven Wave. The project began with an extended pilot for around 50 people and took approximately two years. Maven Wave handled the preparation work for the impending integration and conversion, including setting up the platform and migrating all the data. The first batch migrated 1,800 users and a second wave, following a merger, migrated another 2,000 users. The conversion was completed in January of the year.

Maven Wave Partners also worked with G6 Hospitality, the management and franchisor for multiple hotel brands, to manage the Google Maps features across their websites. G6 Hospitality were already using Google Maps when their service was moved to Maven Wave. The work included advising on what level of software to purchase, how many calls the maps would have, and the types of map services to buy for their proprietary websites. Maven Wave also pointed out ways to use map services more efficiently and improve the customer experience. The engagement started in January 2017 and is ongoing.
