Maui Marketing was hired by Hawaiian Paddle Sports, a leading ocean activity company in Maui, to redesign their nine-year-old website. The owner of Hawaiian Paddle Sports sought to improve the user experience on both mobile and desktop platforms, transition from a dark to light website background, fix existing bugs, maintain their search engine rankings, and increase conversions. After observing the successful results of other companies that utilized Maui Marketing, the decision was made to engage their services. The project involved the collaborative efforts of a project manager from Maui Marketing and the Hawaiian Paddle Sports team, communicating via Basecamp. The Maui Marketing design team presented several themes, which were then adjusted to meet Hawaiian Paddle Sports' specific needs. The redesign process was iterative, with new pages being reviewed and refined to ensure they met the project goals. The successful completion of this project led to the enhancement of the website's overall user experience and increased conversions.
