Mateusz HR successfully completed a project for a medium-sized US-based company, focusing on their European operations. The company needed to recruit data scientists, software engineers, and supporting staff for their office in Poland. Mateusz HR provided recruitment services and quickly became their HR specialist. They collaborated with the company's hiring managers and heads of divisions to develop job descriptions, guide managers in setting professional levels, and review relevant skills to ensure the right candidates were targeted. They also ensured a proper hiring process was in place, including the screening and interviewing of candidates. After a candidate was hired, Mateusz HR was responsible for setting up the onboarding process and working with IT, procurement, and the team to ensure a successful first day for the new employee. They also set up policies and processes for onboarding, attendance, leave of absence, and provided basic training around policies and procedures. The company invested around $3,000-$4,000 a month in Mateusz HR's services from April to December 2020.
