Masterpoint

Masterpoint was hired by a management consulting firm to augment their team in building a high-availability cross-platform web and mobile platform for an automotive client. They were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a highly-available cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services. The project included technical analysis, infrastructure design, documentation, security, maintenance and patching, training, and ongoing monitoring. The project was successfully completed with the help of 3 senior cloud consultants from Masterpoint.

In another project, Masterpoint was engaged by a digital marketing agency to migrate a web application to AWS. The project involved rethinking the application architecture and migrating the project to an infrastructure-as-code paradigm. Masterpoint designed, implemented, and rolled out these updates. The project was carried out in four stages: discovery, design, implementation, and rollout. The agency appreciated Masterpoint's meticulous research, detailed planning, and smooth implementation and rollout.

Masterpoint was also hired by a web development startup, People Behind the Pixels, for the development and maintenance of a custom website. The project involved the initial design and implementation of a custom back-end server and front-end web UX, followed by long-term on-demand maintenance and updates. The project was successfully accomplished by a team of 2-5 employees from Masterpoint. The client chose Masterpoint for their great cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values.
