Highlights from Recent Projects
MasterBorn was hired by a sports startup to build an MVP for a platform that aggregates sports events from Strava into a publicly available platform. The goal was to build a simple MVP to test the idea in the market. The project involved building a two-page front-end and back-end with APIs requesting data from Strava. The project was presented to a small circle of MasterBorn people including the CTO, Project Management, and FE + BE developers. The requirements were refined over a two-week period before the MasterBorn team planned and broke down the project. The current state was shared at the end of 2020.
A professional cyclist hired MasterBorn to create a website that would serve as a one-stop platform for his coaching services and events. MasterBorn was chosen for their expertise in the field and their commitment to achieving the client's goals. The project kicked off with the client sharing his website goals and preferences. From there, MasterBorn went straight to work, checking in at each step to ensure the client was satisfied. The client worked directly with Leah, one of the web designers.
MasterBorn was contracted by UW Action LLC to develop an iOS application. The networking app allows users to engage with friends, set up events, create trivia polls, and more. The client worked with Gray, the President & CEO, and eight other individuals including developers, program managers, and designers. MasterBorn was recommended by a friend of the client who is deeply involved in the tech and mobile app space. The engagement, which began in October 2019, is ongoing and the client has invested between $50,000–$200,000 in the project.
