Master of Code Global

Master of Code Global was hired by Luxury Escapes, a global travel company, to develop a chatbot to increase conversion and find new users. The chatbot was primarily focused on Facebook and was designed to be accessible across multiple markets including Australia, the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The project involved the integration of Luxury Escapes Deals API with their LiveChat service, Google's location API, and Salesforce. The project, which began in the fourth quarter of 2018 and was launched by the first quarter of 2019, was handled by a team of five from Master of Code Global, including a project manager and a developer.

Master of Code Global was engaged by a media and entertainment brand to redesign one of their websites to add additional functionality and match brand guidelines. The company didn't have the in-house resources to do design and development internally. The scope of work included a deep dive into website analytics and heatmaps, design selection, and development of the homepage. The project required knowledge and integration of two content management systems, JS frameworks, and AWS technologies. The client had a long history of using Master of Code for chatbot related projects and felt comfortable giving them this project.

Master of Code Global was hired by a multi-chain WEB 3 platform to build a Web3 Platform with top-notch analytics, NFT/Token launchpad, NFT marketplace, and event calendar. The vendor was chosen based on speed of development, quality of work, communication skills, clarity in delivery process, and passion for work. The project began with a kick-off call, followed by a discovery phase to work on technical requirements and designs. The project required knowledge of Blockchain domain, Solidity, ReactJS, and NodeJs. The project was launched successfully and the team continued to work with Master of Code on further development.
