Mason Creative was engaged by JTH Lighting Alliance, a commercial lighting manufacturer, to organize an anniversary event that would position their business as a leader in the LED lighting and controls marketplace. The company successfully coordinated the event which involved 42 participating companies and numerous individuals. Mason Creative created a color scheme for the event, which was reflected in everything from the invitations to the decorations. They also created unique experiences for the customers, such as serving bubble tea in lightbulbs and having the serving staff wear t-shirts with the company's logo in LED lights. The event was a success, with the client investing approximately $40,000 in the project which ran from January to October 2018.

Mason Creative was hired by Park Nicollet Foundation, a healthcare philanthropy organization, to plan their annual gala. The company took over the responsibilities of the event planner, handling everything from vendor negotiation to creative concepts. They presented three different event themes to the client, and once a theme was selected, they brought it to life. They also coordinated extra features such as a live painter and handled all production aspects, including scripting and the run of the show. The client was able to focus on sponsorships and fundraising, thanks to Mason Creative taking over the logistics. The client invested around $50,000 in the project which ran from October 2016 to 2017.
