The selection of Marsa was based on their highly competent engineers, comprehensive DevOps plan, round-the-clock monitoring and response, and extensive knowledge across multiple architectures and clouds. The project began with a detailed consultation with Marsa's Cloud Lead and Cloud Architect to define the client's needs and design. This was followed by the implementation of Azure for a client, including system setup, CI/CD, load testing, and security checks, with Marsa currently overseeing operations. Finally, the client's own development, testing, staging, and production were set up on AWS. The Marsa team consisted of a VP Cloud MSP, Lead Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, Intermediate Engineer, and Cloud Engineer. The project was marked by Marsa's deep technical expertise, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
