Markytech

Markytech was hired by Qayam Hunza Hotel and Restaurant to develop a complete hotel management system and a Point of Sale (POS) system for the restaurant. The project encompassed a wide range of tasks, including the development of a user-friendly management portal and POS system, hardware setup, and staff training. The management portal was designed to streamline booking processes and manage vendors efficiently, while the POS system was integrated into the restaurant operations to facilitate easy invoicing and billing. Two laptops were configured for POS usage, one at the entrance counter and the other on the first floor of the restaurant. Thorough testing was conducted to ensure the functionality, usability, and data integrity of the systems. Markytech also provided training sessions for hotel and restaurant staff on using the new systems effectively. The implementation of these systems has enabled Qayam Hunza Hotel and Restaurant to optimize their operations, enhance customer service, and streamline their booking and invoicing processes. The client was highly satisfied with the high-quality solution delivered by Markytech.
