Highlights from Recent Projects
Marker Seven worked on a project for a renewable energy equipment producer, with the goal of changing the industry perception of the company from a small, regional supplier to a global supplier. The company underwent a rebranding process, and Marker Seven translated the new brand attributes into an updated website. The old content was not migrated to the new content management system, Drupal, as it was deemed not salvageable. Marker Seven provided training on how to use the website and how to edit the content. The project, completed in six months in 2012, cost approximately $85,000.
In a separate project, Marker Seven worked with an events services provider to create large itineraries for no-cost registration. The project involved building a separate itinerary registration schedule for medical associations, which could be connected to clients' information and populate the itinerary that would then feed the clients’ mobile app for their conference. The project, built on Drupal, allowed the company to understand attendance, traffic flow, and seat requirements. The cost of the project ranged between $50,000 and $200,000 and is still ongoing.
Marker Seven also worked with a medical communications company to improve an internal process. The company presented Marker Seven with their old PHP, MySQL tool, and asked them to enhance it. Marker Seven's work included UX/UI database design, and they successfully turned the company's vision into reality. The cost of the project was a few hundred thousand over the course of multiple projects, and the work is ongoing.
