Mantra Labs was hired by a financial company to develop new software systems, manage existing ones, and rebuild outdated systems. The company, which provides credit finance for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses, chose Mantra Labs because of a referral and the team's excellent communication and prompt feedback. A team of 6-10 employees from Mantra Labs was assigned to the project. The scope of work involved a complete rewrite of an outdated software program, requiring the team to fully understand the existing functionality and replicate it in a new platform, from the database level to the user interface. Along the way, modifications were suggested and implemented to improve functionality and user experience. The financial company appreciated Mantra Labs' effective communication and quick feedback, as well as their ability to understand and replicate the existing software system's functionality in a new platform.
