Mangrove Web was hired by a startup accelerator program to redesign and develop their website. The website was intended to be the organization's primary communication tool with startups and entrepreneurs. Mangrove Web partnered with a design firm to achieve the project's goals. The firm created the design and framing of the website based on simple mockups provided by the client, after which Mangrove Web took over the development. The project was completed between November 2016 and March 2017, and the client invested between $25,000-$50,000.
In a project for Take On Wall Street, a project of the Americans for Financial Reform Education Fund, Mangrove Web was tasked with converting 14 posters and images into an interactive microsite. This was in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which made in-person interaction and engagement impossible. Mangrove Web collaborated with another design firm to create a visually compelling and engaging website. The project lasted from September 2020 to May 2021.
Mangrove Web was hired by a carbon footprint management platform to maintain and build out new web projects for marketing, build modules that could be customized within the CMS, and optimize web performance. They initially assisted with coding new pages and building a solid foundation for an existing website. This led to a monthly retainer agreement where they continued to fix bugs and adjust the CMS modules for greater customization by non-developers. During a website revamp in collaboration with a design agency, Mangrove Web demonstrated exceptional teamwork and flexibility, leading the joint effort to launch a fresh version of the client's website.
