Manas AI was hired by Deezer, one of the world's largest independent music streaming services, to help manage and analyze the vast amount of customer feedback they receive across various channels and languages. The goal was to transform this data into actionable insights to drive improvements across the organization. Manas AI was chosen for their flexibility and their willingness to provide a tailored solution. The project began with the identification of data sources and explanation of use cases. Manas AI then developed an initial solution, which was quickly beneficial for the business. As the project expanded, Manas AI improved the dashboard and interface with specifically tailored features. The co-founders of Manas AI were directly involved in the project.
