Malachite

Malachite provided user testing and UI/UX services for a healthcare app developed by HairCare. The team initially worked on low-fidelity UI/UX before progressing to a more refined prototype. They also conducted user testing with a focus group of 10 individuals. Based on the feedback received, changes were implemented to improve the app's usability. The engagement, which began in May 2019, is ongoing though less intensive than the initial phase. The total investment for the project was between $5,000 to $10,000.

The software development company hired Malachite to improve the user interface and user experience of their existing website. The project involved an initial exploration of the company's competitors and references, followed by the creation of high-fidelity wireframes. After a few iterations, the final template was delivered and further pages were added. The CEO was impressed with the creative solutions provided by Malachite's team, especially their creative director, Alex.

EvoTalents, an IT recruitment agency, engaged Malachite to set up a Facebook advertising campaign. The primary goal was to enhance digital sales through social media. Malachite developed a strategy for paid campaigns, selected suitable campaign types, and set up new campaigns. They also provided individual training to the EvoTalents team, equipping them with the skills to manage and optimize campaigns independently. The project was a success, with the EvoTalents team now able to handle their Facebook advertising in-house.
