MAJOR Digital was hired by KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent, to develop a new website aimed at attracting private patients. The website needed to be easy to navigate and user-friendly. Subsequently, MAJOR Digital was tasked with integrating the website of a newly acquired medical diagnostic centre. The third project involved developing an online booking and payment system that would allow users to book outpatient appointments at either of two locations. The system needed to be scalable, fast, and simple to use, with the aim of reducing the number of inbound calls to the hospital's enquiry teams. MAJOR Digital was chosen for their attention to detail, project management skills, and the commitment shown by their managing director. The project was successfully completed, with the booking information being passed directly into the hospital's healthcare CRM.
