MajestiX Studio was hired by Where's Free Ltd, an IT solutions firm, to create an explainer video for their software product. The software, initially designed to help users find and book free rooms and desks, had been substantially updated to indicate safe spaces in the post-Covid workplace. MajestiX was tasked with communicating these complex changes to a non-specialist audience. Unlike other potential vendors, MajestiX actively provided suggestions and guidance, working constructively with the materials provided by the client. The final video, a blend of animation, icons, graphic and photo images, and music, was built around a storyboard and script provided by the client. The project was managed through a series of email exchanges and draft versions, allowing for a collaborative and iterative development process.
