Maintask

Maintask was hired by the Friends of Shad White, a political fundraising organization, to manage their IT services and provide CRM consulting. The primary goal was to clean and sort data for import into their CRM system. Maintask was chosen for their high ratings, good value for cost, and easy communication experience. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project. They took manually scanned data, cleaned and sorted it into the required template formats, and merged and sorted data according to the client's specifications. The process was made easy and efficient for import into the CRM system.

In another project, Maintask was engaged by Teaching American History, a nonprofit organization, for web development and design. The organization's main aim was to build, host, and maintain a website. Maintask was selected for their budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, and because they were referred to the client. The scope of work involved designing and building an image-based, interactive website that would work on a wide variety of bandwidths and with a wide variety of audiences in American classrooms. The project was successfully executed, meeting the client's specifications and requirements.
