In a separate project, Glow Design Agency, a company that provides UX UI design services for digital products, hired MagicFuse to implement a design for a Salesforce-based product. Glow Design Agency found MagicFuse through a referral and selected them for their budget-friendly pricing, great cultural fit, and good value for cost. MagicFuse was tasked with developing a custom Salesforce-based solution with integrated AI, which serves as a communication tool used for connecting different parties inside a Salesforce CRM environment.

MagicFuse was also contracted by a missionary agency to diagnose the current CRM database of Donors, Missionaries, Employees and Volunteers and implement Salesforce as a replacement. The agency discovered MagicFuse through an online search and chose them for their competitive pricing, great cultural fit, and good value for cost. MagicFuse's scope of work included remote adoption program and beneficiary management, data migration from the current CRM and MS Dynamics, donor communication, and process automation among others.
