Madison+Main partnered with the nonprofit organization, Hitting Cancer Below the Belt, to consolidate their branding and marketing efforts. Over four years, Madison+Main offered pro bono services to refine the nonprofit's messaging, target audience, and brand. They also helped enhance the branding for the organization's signature events, creating promotional materials and managing their Facebook accounts. The team's efforts also included refining scripts for videos and leveraging their media contacts to promote the organization's work. The partnership, which began in March 2017, is ongoing and has resulted in numerous interviews on large media platforms.

In another project, Madison+Main worked with an economic development department to revamp their brand. The team conducted a discovery process, assessing the department's old brand and past activities before developing a plan. Madison+Main designed a new logo, created a tagline, and provided new colors and ideas for promotional materials. They also undertook the revamp of the department's website, integrating features such as maps and a grant application submission function.
