Madiff was hired by an Assistance company to enhance their in-house developed legacy systems. The main challenge was to quickly deliver skilled staff who could integrate with the existing team of developers at a reasonable price. Madiff was selected for their ability to provide good programmers at a competitive price and their flexibility in terms of contract duration. Three mid-level .NET programmers from Madiff worked in two SCRUM teams, integrating with the existing team, understanding local systems and the organization of software development. They provided new functions in every sprint based on the specifications put in the backlog by the local business. The developed software underwent code cross-checking, unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The releases were automatic in the scope of approved functions for production.
