Madiff was hired by an Assistance Company to enhance their in-house developed legacy systems, including their core assistance system and a web-based insurance selling portal. The challenge was to quickly provide skilled staff that could integrate with the existing team of developers at a reasonable price. Madiff was selected for their competitive pricing and their ability to provide good programmers quickly. They provided three mid-level .NET programmers who worked in two SCRUM teams. Their work involved integrating with the existing team, understanding local systems and the organization of software development, and providing new functions in every sprint based on specifications from the local business. The software they developed underwent code cross-checking, unit testing, and UAT. The releases were automatic in the scope of approved functions for production. The client appreciated Madiff's quick provision of skilled programmers and flexibility in terms of contract duration.
