Madcats Agency

Madcats Agency was hired by GPL Group, a company involved in the production, distribution, and sale of oils, industrial fluids, and auto parts, to develop an identity for their new aerosol paint brand. The goal was to establish the brand as the top choice in the Ukrainian market. The Madcats team, which included a creative director, design director, and two strategists, was tasked with understanding the target audience and product positioning, and developing identity elements such as packaging design, brand carriers, and a brand book for future reference. The team's deep understanding of the market and creative strategies played a key role in the successful completion of the project.

Modern Expo, a leading international manufacturer of trade equipment and supplier of retail solutions, partnered with Madcats Agency for a complete rebranding. The aim was to better represent the company’s global leadership position in the retail solutions industry. Madcats, selected for their bold approach to branding, started with an in-depth analysis of Modern Expo's production facilities, workforce, and strategy. The agency held interviews with founders, top managers, and other stakeholders, and then planned three main milestones: a design audit meeting, a concept presentation, and a final rebranding presentation. The project was a success due to the agency's strategic approach and strong design capabilities.
