MacroMade Inc. worked with Operation Help the People, a youth-focused non-profit organization, to redesign their website. The previous site did not accurately represent the organization's mission and vision, and was not user-friendly, particularly for potential donors. MacroMade Inc. worked closely with the president of the US operations of the organization to understand their vision for the website. The project was done in stages, with each stage being reviewed and refined based on feedback. The website was built from scratch and launched in January 2017, with a total investment of $12,000. The redesigned website is now more visually appealing, organized, and easy to navigate, resulting in no complaints from users. Furthermore, the donation process has been simplified and a new feature for sponsors' sign-up has been added. Minor changes were made post-launch to ensure complete satisfaction. The project was deemed successful, with the president expressing complete satisfaction with the new website.
