Highlights from Recent Projects
Macopedia was engaged by Macmillan Education, a global publishing company, to revamp their website. The project began in May 2019 and involved workshops, analysis, and rework. Macopedia's team worked on the information architecture and assisted with designs, using TYPO3 CMS and an agile methodology for development. The website was successfully launched in November of the same year, and Macopedia continues to work with the company for further development and new functionalities.
In another project, Macopedia was hired by a B2B multisport company to develop their new website. The engagement started in December 2016 and continues to this day. Macopedia developed the website from scratch using TYPO3 and also worked on the backend of the company's mobile app. They also assisted the company with a new online product that connects all extra offers from partners.
Designique, an online Swiss interior design shop, sought Macopedia's services for a Magento upgrade. The project, which took place from May 2015 to March 2016, involved stabilizing the site, updating it to the latest Magento version, and redesigning the UX/UI. Macopedia also built non-standard features on the Magento platform, including inventory management and improved navigation. The project cost was around $10,000, and Macopedia continues to provide feature maintenance and upgrades.
