Macadamian was hired by Worksoft, a computer software company, to enhance the user experience of their new product. The VP of Engineering at Worksoft noted that their software, while functional, lacked elegance and intuitiveness. Macadamian was brought on board to redesign the user experience and the UI layout of their existing products, as well as help build the Analyze product. The project, which was in the $50,000 to $200,000 range, was successful and Worksoft has engaged Macadamian several times since the initial project.

NantHealth, a healthcare technology company, engaged Macadamian to advance their mobile application in the areas of patient engagement and provided care. Macadamian's expertise in mobile software development was utilized to develop the app and improve its access to healthcare information for both patients and care providers. The app was developed for both iOS and Android platforms. The project was valued at over $200,000 and the partnership between NantHealth and Macadamian has lasted for three to four years.

Macadamian was hired by a healthcare IT company to design and create an initial prototype for a patient portal. The company wanted a group with healthcare IT experience and consumer design experience. Macadamian's role was to design the portal, create an initial working prototype, and then hand over all the design, style guide, code, and individual assets for the company to take over. The project, which lasted three to four months, was valued at around $100,000.
