M-STAT was hired by a group of companies specializing in architectural paints and building solutions to develop a mobile application aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. The application, the first of its kind in the Balkans' paints sector, was envisioned as a medium of direct interaction with end-users, providing them with rewards for purchasing from the company's product portfolio. M-STAT was selected for the project after a competitive screening process involving five different companies. The project team, comprising of two product managers, two android developers, a designer and two web developers, successfully created a native Android app and a web platform. The app not only served as a platform for mobile marketing opportunities like in-app notifications and SMS campaigns, but also set the stage for the integration of more technology into the company's operations.
