LyraTech AI

LyraTech AI was hired by Checkstep to develop and deploy machine learning classifiers for content moderation and to evaluate AI content moderation solutions. They were chosen for their great culture fit and their team of 2-5 employees collaborated with Checkstep to enhance its content moderation capabilities for user-generated content across multiple platforms. LyraTech AI engineered text-based content moderation systems designed to identify and flag instances of hateful speech, spam, financial scams, bullying, and harassment. They were able to process large volumes of user-generated content and deployed in production.

LyraTech AI also undertook an evaluation and comparison of various content moderation solutions, both textual and visual. They developed evaluation datasets and benchmarked performance measures such as precision, recall, cost, and latency. Considerations for retraining feedback loops were integrated into the system to enhance ongoing accuracy and relevance. This was a crucial part of the project as it ensured the developed systems remained effective and relevant.

In addition, LyraTech AI experimented with Generative AI solutions. Early after their public release, generative AI systems were evaluated for their potential integration. LyraTech AI implemented various prompting techniques to test these systems' adaptability to rapid model changes. This included evaluating security measures and the feasibility of model fine-tuning. This was a forward-thinking approach that allowed Checkstep to stay ahead of the curve in AI technology.

The collaboration led to multiple iterations of the developed systems, with each iteration building upon the previous to refine and optimize performance. LyraTech AI delivered all components on schedule, maintaining high quality throughout. The end result was a more robust and effective content moderation system for Checkstep, demonstrating LyraTech AI's expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality AI solutions.
