Lyncas

Lyncas was hired by Kuint Insurtech, a company that digitizes analogue processes in the insurance market, to carry out a custom software development and UI/UX design project. The project was aimed at improving operational team efficiency and reducing operational costs. Lyncas was selected due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. A team of 6-10 employees was assigned to the project, with key deliverables including architecture, UX design, robot and API development, task management, and navigation on insurance portals. The project resulted in better operational team efficiency and reduced operational costs.

In another project, Lyncas was contracted by Dental Warranty Corp, a nationwide administrator of dental protection plans, to optimize their web-based app for performance and scale, revamp the integration with on-premise software used in dental practices, and enhance user experience and value through new features and improved UI. Lyncas was chosen due to their high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, and a referral. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project, which involved end-to-end management and enhancement of the web app used by dental practices across the US. The team focused on optimal performance, functionality, security, scale, and increasing value for users. The project also involved planning and development of new features, support through maintenance updates and bug fixes, architectural planning and devops management, and integration with on-prem software.
