Luxdone

Luxdone successfully provided engineering outsourcing for Shiplink.se, a Swedish shipping company building a web service for buying and selling freight. The company sought a reliable partner to provide developers for their platform for an extended period. Luxdone was able to provide full-time development resources, handling a range of tasks including front- and backend development and SEO projects. The partnership began with just one resource and has since grown to three. The engagement, which kicked off in March 2019, continues to date.

Luxdone worked with ES Kassasystem, a software development company, to create a web application connected to their POS system. The project aimed to fill the gaps in the company's in-house development skills and deliver the application quickly, with a modern and attractive design. The app, designed to allow waiters to accept orders directly from customers to the POS using their phones or tablets, was delivered swiftly. The project continues to evolve, with new features being developed regularly. Luxdone's team for this project included one full-time developer and a team leader for quality assurance.

In a partnership with Learnifier, a leading learning platform in the Nordics, Luxdone provided staff augmentation. The goal was to gain access to competent engineering resources with a good mindset. Learnifier selected Luxdone based on a referral and alignment in company values and culture. Luxdone provided between two to five employees to work on the development of Learnifier's cloud-based product, enhancing its capabilities. The successful collaboration continues to this day.
