Lundegaard was hired by SGEF, an asset-based financing provider, to conduct a feasibility study on the SGEF client portal. The project involved the collection of business requirements, definition of MVP, recommendation on IT platform considering SGEF's IT infrastructure and size, and exploration of synergies with the mother bank. The project team consisted of a product manager, initiative owner, and representatives from Sales, Customer Care, and IT. Lundegaard was chosen based on a recommendation from a sister company, ALD, which uses the same back office system platform as SGEF.
A Gas and Electric supplier contracted Lundegaard to develop a new website and customer portal, as well as facilitate the transition to a new back office solution. The project required a high-quality delivery within a fixed timescale. Lundegaard was selected based on the skills of the proposed resources, an architectural review of the proposed solution, support tools, and price. The project involved the replacement of the public-facing website, a quote and switch customer journey, and a customer portal enabling submission of meter readings and customer queries. The technologies used were JS/react and a headless CMS. The vendor's team included a project manager, four front-end developers, a UX designer, a graphic designer, and a tester.
PPL CZ, a subsidiary of DEUTSCHE POST, engaged Lundegaard to produce a new concept of PPL Digital Strategy and communication roadmap. The project also involved the translation of the strategy into a new Corporate Identity and the implementation of a new website. The goal was to have a fully functional website, including a crucial Track&Trace application, developed and deployed in approximately three months. Lundegaard was chosen as the Gold Liferay partner in CZ/SK. The project involved development and infrastructure preparation, with Lundegaard assisting with server setup, sizing, and networking. The project team included a project manager, Java and JavaScript developers, infrastructure specialists, a security expert, and UX designers.
