LunarBuild

LunarBuild was hired by Sweet Dreams Storytime to develop custom software and API for their Adventure Stories mobile application. The project involved creating a custom audio player that starts automatically and allows users to progress through a story via autoplay. LunarBuild also implemented custom code that enables users to return to a story and pick up where they left off, and restricted the app to a vertical view. The company was chosen for their alignment with company values and their swift work pace. One LunarBuild employee was assigned to the project.

The scope of the work was complex, requiring custom code to meet the unique needs of the app. LunarBuild created an audio player that starts upon page load and ends at the chapter where the user is required to interact with the story. They also implemented Auto Play code that progressed the user through the story based on audio narration. Furthermore, LunarBuild delivered code that allows users to pick up in the story where they left off, specifically when the story is launched from the user's library. They also fixed text wrapping issues and ensured favorites were correctly added/removed from the user's library. LunarBuild thoroughly tested the app before its release to Google Play.

The client was highly satisfied with the results, praising LunarBuild's alignment with their company values and their quick and efficient work. The custom software and API developed by LunarBuild significantly enhanced the functionality of the Adventure Stories app, resulting in a more interactive and user-friendly experience for children using the app.
