Lumston developed an end-to-end solution for a Mexican technology company that sells accessories for mobile devices and audio products. The technology company sought Lumston's expertise to increase usability of their Internet of Things (IoT) product line, aiming to provide an integrated experience so that customers did not have to download multiple apps. Comprising of 6-10 employees, Lumston's team adeptly delivered mobile user applications for both Android and iOS, as well as a web platform for users to access information from any device. They ensured that the solution was compatible with the technology company's IoT line which included security cameras, lighting, and wearables. Deliverables were tied to sprints, with Lumston providing a delivery every two sprints from the launch of the minimum viable product (MVP) until the project's completion. These deliverables, consisting of both frontend and backend, were accepted after the technology company's User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lumston was chosen for their high ratings, good value for cost, and referral.
