Luminary was hired by Interrelate, a nonprofit organization, to revamp their digital presence and improve customer and employee experience. The project involved a comprehensive discovery phase that included user type development, content audit and strategy, SEO analysis and strategy, product roadmap/feature list, and future state planning. ANZIIF, an insurance and finance association, engaged Luminary to overhaul their outdated website. They then designed the UX based on these findings and developed the front and back end of the website. Daimler Truck Australia Pacific hired Luminary to combine multiple content management systems into one to allow for maximum reusability and consistency between brands. Luminary's team of 2-5 employees worked on combining websites from multiple CMSs and replatforming them all to use combined assets. Key deliverables included reusable site assets such as Dealer Locator, a unified set of Terms & Conditions, and maintaining brand consistency.
