LTS Group was hired by Inspired Gaming (UK) Limited to develop a financial reporting package for a new retail & digital lottery platform and augment their in-house team to develop back-office UX/UI for the lottery platform. The scope of work included design documentation, proof of concept & performance metrics, report layouts, wireframes & UX/UI concepts, software & automated testing scripts, documentation, and ongoing support. The project was successfully completed by 6-10 employees of LTS Group, meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders and business entities.

LTS Group was engaged by ROVIGOS to develop a web-based CRM system. ROVIGOS, an AI-based web/app services provider in the logistics domain, found LTS Group through an online search. The project required front-end and back-end design and development, as well as design tasks. LTS Group was chosen due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The project was successfully completed by a team of 6-10 employees from LTS Group, delivering a robust and efficient CRM solution.

A construction payroll software company hired LTS Group for staff augmentation services for their QA & software development team. The objectives were to extend the team, develop software, QA applications, and create specs. LTS Group was selected due to their great cultural fit and good value for cost. The project involved improving panning and moving objects on a hosted DB where the client uses RDS to access. The application was broken apart and the actions were done locally with interactions using APIs to communicate to the DB. The project was successfully completed by 2-5 employees of LTS Group, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined process.
