LoveJob

LoveJob was hired by a leading photovoltaic micro-installations company in Poland to design and develop a CRM system. The system was built using PHP and JavaScript technology and designed to automate user work resulting in improving efficiency. The process started with workshops followed by the creation of functional mock-ups. The programming was conducted in two-week cycles allowing for regular testing and verification of work progress. The project team consisted of three programmers, a tester and a project manager, with additional analytical and graphic resources utilized.

LoveJob was also brought in by a technology company, Saly, to help with recruitment marketing targeted at Generation Z IT and technical graduates. LoveJob's creative approach and extensive knowledge of the IT industry were key deciding factors for Saly. The project was conducted through a combination of online and face-to-face meetings, followed by two-week iterative delivery of individual elements. Saly reported that LoveJob's adherence to deadlines and reliability were particularly commendable. The project team assigned to Saly included an EB manager, strategists, copywriters, UX/UI designers, and performance marketers.
