They also helped introduce React to the client's frontend technology stack and rolled out a new website for insurance agents to quote and book businesses. The engagement lasted from March 2019 to October 2020, during which the client invested between $150,000–$200,000. The partnership ended as the client was able to hire full-time employees.

For an education support company, Lotus Labs developed a web app to guide teachers on when to teach at the right level at the right time. The project involved creating a prototype, building the full version of the platform, transitioning existing lesson plans into the system, building the website that hosts the app, and creating an explainer video. The team comprised of 6–8 members, with a different team of developers working on the full version of the app. The engagement began in May 2019 and is ongoing, with an investment of about $300,000 so far.

Lotus Labs was hired by an insurance company to design and develop products that would help them become an AI-driven enterprise and provide an overall AI strategy. The team of 6-10 employees improved the company's proprietary software which had been built by other development teams. They are currently building out the software to add a section for each department including sales, underwriting, accounting, marketing, and contracting. The decision to hire Lotus Labs was based on their budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values.
