Highlights from Recent Projects
Loovatech was hired by EdEngine, a microlearning education mobile app creator, to conduct market research and develop a product prototype. The project involved studying UX/UI patterns in competing products, developing a product prototype for key user scenarios, and creating a product architecture with recommendations for backend and frontend technologies. A team of 6-10 Loovatech employees was assigned to this project. The focus was on the initial research phase and the development of the product concept and UX/UI prototype.
Klianto Inc., a software start-up, engaged Loovatech to develop and launch the initial version of their product within a five-month timeframe. The project required rapid product development with long iterations not exceeding two weeks. A team of 12 Loovatech employees was involved in the joint development of the first product version, refining it based on user feedback. The project also entailed the launch of the initial product version, its evolution into a comprehensive SaaS solution, and the establishment of an internal development team with Loovatech's assistance.
Loovatech was contracted by Kartina Digital GmbH, a company in the media and entertainment industry, to create an information portal for hosting movie screenings and exclusive premieres of national movies across Europe. A team of 2-5 Loovatech employees developed a platform to post the dates of film events. Within two months, an MVP was launched and tested at the first movie premiere. The project included the development of a catalog of premieres and cinemas, a search function, a ticket filter for premieres, and a news feed. Over the course of the project, about 80 movie premieres were held and more than 12,000 subscribers were attracted.
