Loonomy was hired by the outreach agency, Quilqy Inc., to register their trademark in both the EU and US. This decision was based on a referral and aimed to protect the company's rights. Loonomy began by conducting a free custom search to ensure the trademark had not been taken. Once confirmed, they advised Quilqy on the registration process and subsequently filed all necessary documents, requiring no effort from Quilqy's team. The Loonomy team consisted of a legal assistant and a customer success manager, who acted as a liaison between the two companies. The project was successful, with the client expressing satisfaction with Loonomy's efficient and comprehensive service.
