LookLook successfully completed a market research project for Pacers Sports and Entertainment, a sports organization. The organization sought to understand the brand health of their Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) team, the Indiana Fever, and what fans were looking for in order to increase engagement. LookLook conducted a mobile ethnography study, recruiting Fever fans and non-fans for in-depth interviews. They developed a discussion guide, utilized their mobile app to field the study, and analyzed results. The study provided hundreds of insights, which were then presented to the organization along with strategic recommendations for improvement. The client praised LookLook's extensive research and in-depth methodology.

In another project, LookLook worked with Mondelēz, a global snack company, on exploratory consumer research. The aim was to understand the company's customers and explore different types of positioning territory. LookLook leveraged their technology platform to gain insight into the consumers and understand their perception of the brand. The project also involved identifying ways to overcome barriers in terms of product purchases. Over the course of the engagement, Mondelēz invested around $200,000 into the project.
